1. General Policy

Ploceiapermits refunds strictly in accordance with the eligibility criteria enumerated herein. Exchanges shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds shall be granted solely upon the Customer’s full compliance with the following mandatory conditions:

The merchandise must remain in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from any form of damage or alteration;

i. All original tags, labels, and packaging materials must be intact and returned contemporaneously with the merchandise; and

The request for return must be duly initiated by the Customer within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the merchandise.
Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned conditions shall automatically render the merchandise ineligible for refund.
Refunds shall not be available in respect of:

Items designated as final sale;

Garments altered, tailored, or customized in any manner;

Merchandise returned in a damaged, used, or tampered state.

3. Refund Procedure

All approved refunds shall be processed exclusively to the original method of payment employed at the time of purchase.

Processing of refunds shall occur within seven (7) to ten (10) business days following receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.

The Customer shall receive a written (email) confirmation upon approval and execution of the refund.

4. Shipping Costs

The Customer shall bear all costs associated with the return shipment of merchandise, save where the merchandise received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

It is strongly recommended that Customers employ a traceable shipping method to ensure the secure return of merchandise.

Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable.

5. Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

In the event that merchandise is defective or incorrectly supplied, Ploceia shall assume responsibility for return shipping costs and shall issue a full refund upon verification of the defect or error.
To qualify, the Customer must:

Provide written notice of the defect or error within five (5) business days of delivery; and

Furnish clear photographic evidence substantiating the defect or error.

6. Non-Refundable Merchandise

The following categories of merchandise are expressly excluded from refund under all circumstances:

Items sold as final sale or clearance.

Ploceia expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments shall take immediate effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of Ploceia’s services following publication shall constitute conclusive acceptance of the revised terms.
